In line with our target of constantly improving our SERVICES aiming to the customer’s satisfaction, we have developed a new, very useful, and most of all innovative tool.
A FOCUS on IMPORTANT technical service maintenainces.
A real PLUS which can be used, when needed, to improve preliminary analyses. Additional pictures and videos can give more detailed information, in order to increase the effectiveness of the subsequent intervention of our operators.
So, we open a “HSC”, the acronym of Help Service Call.
All BERRA customers can access this service directly on their smartphone, by scanning the QR CODE shown in this page.

What is a QR CODE?

The QR (Quick Response) code is a coding system which enables any kind of information to be stored. Thanks to this state-of-the-art system, it is possible to have immediate access to websites, messages and data of various types.
In this case, a support page will open, allowing you to request the intervention of our Technical Service directly from your work place.

How does it work?

In order to open a Service request from your smartphone you just need to download the free QR-code reading app from the Apple Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

Once the app has been downloaded and launched on your smartphone, read the QR code using your device’s camera, enter the few data required, and shoot a picture of the component you think is causing the problem. (For example, frame the faulty component to show our Help Centre the right spare part).

Once the service call has been opened, it will be passed on to an operator who will intervene as soon as possible.

The QR CODE is shown in this page, on the left: you can frame it with a smartphone or download it, print it, and keep it close to the printing machine, in order to have it always at hand.
